THE THINGS ABOUT ME NO ONE KNOWS

This page is about me and my loving family one might say they are the best.I was born in Logan County WV. My mom use to tease me and tell me the reason I am so independent is because I was born birch birth and standing on my feet. Our family is so bless to still have her. Mom is a fighter she has went through open heart surgery at the age of 72 and only one year later lost her beloved husband to a car wreck because there was no traffic light at the gas station and bank and he for God only knows the reason turn at the wrong time. The big truck did not see him and it was to late. Also before this we lost our nephew whom was loved by us especially mom he was her first grand child.At the time this took place I lived in NC and came home. I had just went through a separation from my husband due to no fault of mine. I guess some men think younger is better. Thank God for good men who don't feel that way. I have been blessed since to have a good man in my lifee whom I love very much. He is THE LEGEND RAY BY GOD TURNER a disabled coal miner, but has been a musician for all his life. In this video I have posted is the band he played with for years THE POWERHOUSE BAND. They have travel all over WV and Va ,KY, and NC. They have also open up for some big bands like the Kentucky Head Hunters, and Black Hawk. I have been given the honor of video them. I love taking pictures and videos. I worked for Logan General Hospital for 7 years in ICU as a RN. After this I move down south and worked at two other hospital. After retiring from  hospital work I work in nursing homes. I was at one time the director of nurses for Conover Nursing Home in Conover, NC. Since coming back to WV I have really found my roots again. I am a coal miners daughter who had a wonderful father. He worked every day to give us a education, back then things were different he had to buy our books as well as clothes. He die at the age of 42 I was sixteen and grew up in ways that no one knows about but me. I graduate at the age of seventeen got married had my daugther and two years later my son. We was married 24 years and divorced most of it was because we were to young and grew apart. Life sure is funny that way, but I have been bless with all of my family and friends and each day I live I thank God for each and every one of them.THE THINGS ABOUT ME NO ONE KNOWS
